VIP Seating — Women of Fire 2027

VIP Seating at Women of Fire 2027 is designed to do more than reserve your place in the room. It is an opportunity to help carry the mission of this gathering beyond the weekend.

When you purchase a VIP ticket, you are securing a reserved seat for the full conference while also contributing to a 2027 Monarch giving initiative connected to the vision of Women of Fire. A portion of every VIP registration will be set aside toward this initiative, which will be announced at a later date.

Each year, Women of Fire creates space for women to come together, and encounter God. Through VIP registration, we also create an opportunity to sow into the Kingdom beyond the conference itself.

Your VIP Ticket Includes:

Reserved seating for the full weekend — your own assigned seat, reserved in your name
Priority early entry to each session
A portion of your registration supporting a 2027 Monarch giving initiative

Children at Women of Fire

Although Women of Fire is designed for adult equipping, worship, teaching, prayer, and encounter, we understand that some registrants may need to bring their children.

Please note that children’s services will not be provided during Women of Fire 2027. Because every available seat in the venue is sold, any child who will need a seat must also be registered.

All children who will be 2 years old or older at the time of Women of Fire 2027 must have a purchased ticket. Children under the age of 2 may attend without a ticket but will be expected to sit on the lap of a parent or guardian during all conference sessions.

Refund Policy

Please note the following refund policy for Women of Fire 2026 tickets:

Refunds may be requested until July 1, 2027.

From July 2 through August 1, 2027, tickets may be refunded at 50% of the purchase price.

After August 1, 2027, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be available after August 1st, for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal plans, travel issues, illness, scheduling conflicts, or other personal circumstances.

In the unlikely event of a full event cancellation, Women of Fire will communicate the refund or exchange policy at that time.

Ticket Transfer Policy

If you are no longer able to attend Women of Fire 2027, you may transfer your ticket to another guest. Before September 1, you will be able to transfer your ticket online.

After September 1, 2027, all ticket transfers must take place on-site at the event. On-site transfers may significantly delay the check-in process, so we strongly encourage all transfers to be completed digitally before the September 1 deadline.

After August 1, 2027, the quality, accuracy, and availability of personalized conference items may be affected by any ticket transfers.
